The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from www.silkand.dk.
Payment of the item upon purchase
www.silkand.dk is open 24 hours a day. However, with the proviso that the page must be regularly updated to ensure maintenance.
Sales can only take place in Denmark and selected EU countries.
To shop at www.silkand.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which is then accepted.
When you have shopped at www.silkand.dk, you automatically and free www.silkand.dk account, where you can see details of your purchases and deliveries under "my account" via your login. Here you can also see your addresses, edit and delete your data if desired.
The money is only withdrawn from your payment card when the order has been processed and dispatched by www.silkand.dk, typically within 1-3 working days. We ship all orders with GLS, DAO or Postnord with the option of shop or private delivery in Denmark and outside Denmark Postnord shop delivery. The delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 days and to countries in the EU the delivery time is 3-9 days.
There will be a holiday in week 28 and 29, when the online shop will be closed.
Note! Always read your invoice and order confirmation thoroughly and if you discover errors or omissions, contact Hello@silkand.dk as soon as possible.
30 day right of withdrawal
You have 30 days right of cancellation and this must be done in writing to: Hello@silkand.dk before you send a package back. You will receive a return number, which you must write on the return slip you print and which is in the return package.

Sealing must not be broken and all returns must be in original packaging. This is very important as we have to ensure our customers the best quality.
If you wish to return your purchase in person at www.silkand.dk, at our address in Klampenborg, this can be arranged by agreement. Please contact Silkand.dk as soon as possible to find out more about the possibilities for this and arrange a time when you can hand in your return package: Hello@silkand.dk
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to actions other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they work. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
The product's packaging must be intact upon return.
Products are not returned or exchanged if the seal or packaging is broken.
You must contact www.silkand.dk and the supplier within a "reasonable time" by email: Hello@silkand.dk
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 14 days of the error being discovered.

We usually get back to you within 72 hours at the latest.
When you return the item, please also state, in as much detail as possible, what the problem is and attach it to your shipment or send it to us by email.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper original packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Freight
All purchases on www.silkand.dk are delivered with GLS, prices and countries appear at checkout. As a customer, you must investigate any import duties that are borne by the customer themselves. You can also buy shipping to a private address in Denmark for a fee, see prices at checkout.
You pay the costs for returns and exchanges yourself. cf. the return policy.
Shipping can only be done in Denmark and to selected countries in the EU. Which countries appear at checkout.
Delivery conditions for all purchases at www.silkand.dk
Delivery of goods from www.silkand.dk is sent directly from www.silkand.dk, and is considered to have taken place when the customer has had the goods delivered privately or shop delivery, or has been picked up at a parcel shop. All orders are sent as soon as possible, preferably day to day, but within 3 working days at the latest. You will receive a track and trace number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Preorders are shipped as soon as they land in our warehouse.

Complaints for all purchases at www.silkand.dk.
Your purchase is covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective product, repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. Colors on products may differ slightly in color in reality vs. what you see on www.silkand.dk, which will not be considered a defect.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
Law and venue
Purchases of goods on www.silkand.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk.
