CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER, ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it is confirmed.

WHEN AND HOW CAN I USE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. The link becomes active once the carrier picks up and scans your shipment. 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT IT'S FAULTY, INCOMPLETE, OR THE WRONG PRODUCT. HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We only accept returns within 14 days. Send an email to: hello@silkand.dk and we will provide you with a return label to print and return in GLS shop.
